Eric Aitala Posted November 2, 2018 Report Share Posted November 2, 2018 If you are having difficulty with paying for the Chapter Rechartering fees on the IPMS/USA store - http://www.shopipmsusa.org/product-p/chapter-annual-fee.htm - please try the following steps. clear your browser cache and cookies Cookies must be enabled! If they are disabled or blocked, the store's shopping cart will not work. Go to https://www.shopipmsusa.org/shoppingcart.asp to determine if you have disabled cookies. try with an alternate browser or device (smart phone or tablet) disable (temporarily) any security, ad blocking, popup blockers you are using if you are on a phone or tablet, you may not get a notification pop-up that the item has been added to your cart. Click the 'bag' icon in the upper right to determine if it has been added or not. if these fail, report which browser was having the issue using a browser checker, such as https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ , and report it in this topic (or send email to webmaster@ipmsusa.org) along with any other relevant details. I can then report these issues to the vendor's technical support team. If you have further questions, please let me know.
