Bill:

Gil is correct, the Tru-Color Paint lines are all solvent based paints similar to an enamel. Drying time is 30-60 minutes depending on ambient temp. & humidity. They can be masked for 2nd or even 3rd color additions within 60 mins, after each application.

Our paint adhere very well to plastic, wood, pewter and Lexan (for R/C). On brass and other metals etching and priming is recommended.

Clean up is easy - use acetone for the air brush equipment. It dries in just a few minutes and you are ready to paint another color quickly. Our paints in the military line are ready to spray from the bottle, no thinning is required. However, if you do want to thin the paint, please use TCP-015, Thinner, as it is made with the same blend of solvents that our paint is produced with so it will not harm the finish or effect the drying time.

Trust this helps.
