What Glue Do Eye Use Not 2 Fog-up My Canopy ?

Hey Guys (New Student Here)

What glue do I use to set the cockpit canopy onto the fuselage ?

I can't remember (do 2 my ol' age ...lol) What glue to use ?

 

I believe it different then the glue I'm supposed to use for the

rest of the plane.

 

HELP !

There are a lot of choices but my prefered is Zap Formula 560. It is a white glue that dries clear and tacks up quite quickly. It also cleans up with water. It is available in the R/C section of most hobby stores as it was first created for R/C aircraft.

 

If you must use a super glue then Zap polizap with the silver and blue lable is best. It was designed for gluing cracks in the Lexan bodies that R/C car hobbyists use. I won't fog, but you need acetone to clean it up so be careful on clear parts. Also in the R/C section

You can also use clear enamel/acrylic. Paint it on canopy edges with a fine brush then stick canopy in place.

Also Future floor wax can be used. It will take awhile to dry/cure but it works
