Bennetts
Trying to establish the colors of the frame rails, differentials, transmission, and engine for WWII era US Halftracks. Many of the restored halftracks show a gray engine block and head with a black transmission and O.D. frame. Is this correct for a WWII era? I have been told this is a scheme used on post WWII rebuilds. Thank you in advance for any help and inputs.

Pappy
Interesting question. I have noticed that American tanks call for OD but, all the OD is a brown color. US armor seem to be green and which color would you requmend for over all color of us equipment?
