TGarthConnelly
Hi Guys: Another question ... Does anyone make detail parts for the Hasegawa 1:72 F-106A? Like an ejection seat or a cockpit insert? Thanks, Tim
ghodges
I did a Google search without too much luck, but Airwaves did make a pe detail set for it. It appears to have stuff mostly for the cockpit, and is basic in appearance compared to more modern pe sets. I didn't find any resin sets or seats, but that doesn't mean they weren't made. There's also a turned metal nose pitot that was made for the F-106. Best of luck in your searches! GIL
TGarthConnelly
Hi Gil, THANKS! Have you seen that fret? Is AIRWAVES still around? Does anyone here have one which they might want to get rid of?
ghodges
It might be out of production. You can find pics of the fret if you Google "Airwaves 1/72 F-106 pe set" (http://users.skynet.be/fb990055/F-106.htm). However, you might go to Hyperscale.com's Plane Trading forum to ask if anyone has an extra they want sell. You can do the same thing here of course, but Hypescale gets a LOT more traffic than here.
