99% of my building is automotive, but when I need a break, I really like the Warhammer 40k kits to get a sci-fi fix. GREAT detailing in such small subjects. This one below stands 3" at the top of the stacks. I added "hoses" from the cockpit to the external tanks (not really visible), heated the right foot and bent the toes down to position it in a walking motion, and created the base using a Jif peanut butter lid, Games Workshop grass, and twigs and brick scraps from my yard. I also used a cotton swab to create the fire for the flamethrower, and the smoldering effect from the trees/grasses as well as the exhaust from the stacks. This was also my first experience utilizing oil paints/washes to bring out details. Other things I did was to add some clear red out of the "leaky" hydraulic hose on the right leg, and used an antiquing kit to create rust along with pastels and colored pencils. Thanks for looking.

I love the modern camo scheme Pyrman. Very nicely done. Here's a couple shots of the driver in-progress shots along with the lines to the tanks. I also made welds around the panels and roll cage to show through where the paint is faded/rusted.
