Despite our efforts we've had difficulties with the web-link from Springhill Suites that was posted on our convention website under lodging. As a result we now suggest calling the hotel directly to make your reservations. the hotel address is: Spring Hill Suites Hampton, 1997 Power Plant Parkway · Hampton, Virginia 23666 USA. The numbers are posted on the lodging page but are: 1 (757) 310-6333 or toll free at 1 (888) 236-2427. Remember to make sure you get the IPMS Group rate of $129+tax/night. Please also be aware all advertised convention hotel rates expire on or about 5 July 2014, so if you haven't booked yet, please keep that in mind.
