Wow, that's absolutely gorgeous! And from a snap tite kit too! Love the pre-war markings and the way you painted the control surfaces differently.

A couple of questions...is that a short span early "B" Marauder, and what did you use for that flawless NMF? Congrats!

Hello Gil

The finish is Polished Aluminum Alclad over a gloss black Tamiya decanted spray primer.

This a early short wing bird and that's why I used the Monogram kit

Cheers

Holy crap! That is one of the most outstanding Marauders I've seen yet! Simply amazing; all the more so since it came from a Snap-tite kit! Grey hairs or no; you are a Master at BMF! Way to go!

That Snap-tite kit has been the most accurate shaped B-26 for quite a while. You did a great job on it. It looks like you have added cockpit and other interior details. I assume that you glued everything together and cleaned up the joints (the Alclad fuselage makes that very clear). Tell us more.

Impressive build Bill. The SAC parts are a great way to add nose weight as well as cockpit and wheel well detail. Your seats and everything else inside the model are spectacular. Thanks for sharing.

Snelson is a club mate so now, I will have to push him to complete his B-26. Not holding my breath.
