ghodges
The first was in the journal a few years back. Lindberg (yep!) 1/32 40 Ford convertable, modified to represent my dad's car when he was a teen, in 1952. The next is an homage to my first car, a 1970 Mustang. Mine was originally the cruddy Ford "gold" (which faded to tan), which I repainted blue. Mine wasn't a Boss, but it was a 70 fastback! This is the 1/24 Monogram kit, OOTB except for some wiring under the hood. The chrome trim was done with foil. The last "cars" are Deals wheels kits! I built them all when I was a kid, and I'm trying to get them all again, but they're VERY hard to find! The McLapper... The Van... and the Trans-Um.... Cars are fun, but GLOSS is hard! THAT'S why I build airplanes! GIL
aAzZ09
Those were neat, Gil! Nice work. That Mustang brings back many great memories of my days as a gearhead in the mid to late '60s when four other guys and myself did a lot of street racing (outside the city limits of course). Way to go! Best, Mark
PawelP
Glossy is difficult, but satisfaction ... Very fine cars :-)
