Greyhound Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 The 5th annual Lower left Coast Model Show is coming up on Saturday, August 17, 2013, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The location will again be at The Carlsbad California Senior Center at 799 Pine Street, Carlsbad , Ca. This event is sponsored by Model Cars Magazine and is a fundraiser for Victory Junction Camp for Kids. This is a NNL type event that has always had a great turnout and a large number of vendors. This show has some of the best raffle prizes of any event I go to. They have raised lots of $$$ for Victory Junction over the years. Although this is a NNL type event they do have a few awards such as Adult Fab Five Awards, Junior Top Trio and other Special Awards. If you get tired of looking at models or buying stuff the Beach is about 4 blocks from The Senior Center. Hope to see a lot of Southern Cal Modelers there!
