Hey guys. I finally finished this biplane at long last! I can't believe it myself, after 955 hours of free time spanned over 43 months. I may be getting the hang of posting photos on this forum but I have a long way to go on that. Happy Modeling,

WOW! :smiley32: :smiley32: :smiley32: :smiley32: :smiley32:

Not many people here will appreciate your accomplishment! That model represents one of the TOUGHEST vac builds that can be imagined, not to mention the normal alignment problems inherent in all biplanes, plus the rigging job. I stand in awe of your skills! :smiley20:

Congratulations, and that's an understatement! :smiley20:

Thanks Gil. This one put up a tough fight, but I really wanted a P-6E in 1/32" scale for many years, so I stuck to it. Thanks again,

Von: I rigged it with Plastruct 0.15" plastic tubing. Mark

Beautiful piece of work, sir! What is she rigged with?

Thank you John. As I've said before, it put up a tough fight but I wanted a P-6E in that scale for my collection, so I gave it my all. Best,

Mark

Exceptional !!!! That just has to be impressive in person, and I don't mean just because of the size.

Thanks Rusty. I stuck to this project to the very end. Best,

Wow! You don't see that one built up every day....or ever!

SWEET!!! That is one of my favorite planes. I remember building the Monogram 1/72 plane and hand painting it in those markings. Yours is a job well done.

Congratulations on this build.

Amazing work. This coming from a builder that's never finished a single vac kit I've started.

Thanks to all of you for your compliments. I really appreciate it. My fondness for the Golden Age to the Jet Age will always be a part of me, and I hope to be able to continue building aircraft and possibly a different subject once in awhile. Happy Modeling,

Mark
