Artwork for the boxes has already been in the works (on these and all other sets we listed in the survey) so that we would be ready to go to production the week of May 21. The first 5 sets are ALL Air Brush ready to spray at 28-35 PSI with a medium tip ! Although set # TCP-10610, the RAF WWII Set #1, actually finished in 4th place (with 250 votes), we do not have all the RAF colors matched as yet. So we will release this set, plus a couple of U.S. Naval Camouflage Sets (with a couple of more that received good numbers) for the Fall hobby season. You may place reservations for any or all of these sets with your favorite hobby shop, online store or with us directly. We will start shipping these sets after August 1. Looking forward to your comments and your orders. Your votes COUNTED and how many manufacturers have customers choose the products to be made ?! Martin Cohen, PhD Tru-Color Paint P.O. 8. Tru-Color Paint is in the planning stages of developing military paint sets for the modeler. We have about 30 potential sets we could assemble on the drawing board and have produced mock-up art work for all the sets. Our intent is to release 4-6 of these sets at the IPMS National Convention in August of this year. We are requesting the modeler's input as to which of these sets YOU would like to see. Samples of the mock-up sets are attached. These are for the Israeli Air Force Set # 1 and the Metallic Set useful for armor and aircraft models. There will be a poll (or survey) on our website by the end of March showing all of the proposed sets with their composition. We will let you know when the poll is posted on the website so you can vote on the sets we should produce. All military and related areas will be represented - armor, air forces, ships, diorama, figures and detailing and covers the U.S. and Israeli paints (these are the colors currently produced and ready to place into the sets). If you wish to get a jump start on the survey, we can email you a Acrobat file of the description of each set along with their contents. Just let us know if this is wanted by email, this thread or call us. How many manufacturer's request YOUR input on what they should place into production ? Tru-Color Paint listens to our customers and want to be your go to company for accurate, easy to use paint for your models, dioramas, figures, etc. All comments are welcome. Come see us at the IPMS National Convention on August 1-4 in Phoenix, AZ ! Martin Cohen, PhD Tru-Color Paint P.O. Box 74524 Phoenix, AZ 85087-4524 714-488-9779 email: tru.colorpaint1@yahoo.com

  10. Tru-Color Paint is seeking your input for what new colors should be added for the AFV modeler. Besides the detailing colors like various rusts, muds, dusts, etc. and paints for figures - all of which are in the schedule to be manufactured and released in the balance of 2017 and 2018, we would like to know what should be the focus of new colors for this segment. Should we concentrate on German, British, Israeli or other countries AFV's from WWII to present ? If so, what countries should we look at first to get information on ? Is one era more important than another ? Your input is of great value to us. What other manufacturer in the hobby industry asks for your help ? We are working on the schedule for the latter half of 2018 and into 2019 (we plan ahead !). Depending on what we hear from the end user on this and in other forums, we will make our decisions by early 2018 on what is the focus of new colors for the AFV modeler. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to respond to this thread. Martin Cohen, PhD Tru-Color Paint P.O.
