  1. Hi All,

    Here is my second all metal skin Starfighter, this version is from Dagnang AB in Vietnam 1968. Once again each panel is hand cut from aluminum sheets. This was my first attempt at a real metal skin aircraft, lots of experimenting on this one! I finished this model about 6 months ago.

  2. Hi All,

    Here is a build of a vintage 1975 Tamiya Ferrari 312T. This was actually a great kit considering the age, there were several fit issues but back in the day they weren't using computers so that can be expected. This is such great subject matter as I am a huge Ferrari fan!

  3. Thanks so much! The actual module is not perfectly smooth, all the panels are pretty rough so it was fun to use thin aluminum sheets to replicate the look. Never been a fan of aluminum foil, you can’t sand it and it doesn’t hold paint well.
