I got this kit for my birthday in 2021, I started construction and paint last week. This is where I am so far.

Ok it's now complete, not perfect but complete. Removed the ribs on the hood, puttied over where the body and chassis mates. Eliminated the front and back bumpers. Eliminated the chrome front marker lights, filled in the seam for the cla.shell hood. During the repaint I lost the left rear quarter window, so I made 9ne out of acrylic. Not good turned out cloudy. Anyway repainted matched colour.

So much to look at! the flat head chained to the falling apart pallet, the toolbox, and so much more. Awesome

Started this project in October of '21. Just started working on it again. These pics reflect the work so far since resuming. *Now, I did not like the way the bumpers looked on the body which is unfortunate as I have already painted, cleared, compounded and polished the paint. I decided to smooth the bumper attachment points, in hindsight i should have used an xacto blade instead of sand paper. Anyway where it stands now there is putty and as soon as it dries\cures, it will be sanded smooth. should I repaint the entire hood and body? Or mask and paint and hope for the best.
