Hi SkyKing THANKS 4 helping out and putting on the right track. YES the primer is rough. I have all the grades of sandpaper to use. Another question about your user name: SkyKing. Why I ask is I don't how old you are I'm 76 However, years ago on TV before Google, Youtube and all the sort of stuff. As a young kid I use to watch (in black and white) the TV show called SKYKING. My Question: Why is it that I've read when spraying silver paint onto your model.You must spray Black GLOSS first after your primer base then spray your silver onto your airplane model Can you guys tell me WHY Zthe BLACK GLOSS before the SILVER PAINT goes on ? Hi Guys Some spray paint manufactures say there's no need to thin their paint Is that true guys? How as a Newcomer to airbrushing believe that! Right out of their bottles and into my airbrush without thinning their acrylic spray paint! How do they know that my IWATA SINGLE ACTION M2 would accept their consultancy if paint to run without a hitch? What do you guys have to say to help this new guy out. Hey Gil Tomorrow is Monday Jan.9th I'll be going to ACE HARDWARE STORE with airbase in hand alone with that Quick Release Fitting. As it was said I DON'T have to have that quick release on my compressor. I just want & need to make these connections to work.
