DESCRIPTION:Please join us for Northern California's largest scale model
	 contest on May 16th\, 2026 in Sacramento (Town &amp\; Country Lutheran Ch
	urch\, 4049 Marconi Ave. - Enter via Norris Ave.). In 2025 there were over
	 400 models entered into the contest.\n\n\n\nThe contest theme for 2026 is
	 'Heavy Metal: Best Use of Natural Metal Finish'. In addition to the conte
	st theme\, we will also have a special category dedicated to the 250th Ann
	iversary of the founding of the United States of America. 50+ total catego
	ries\, including dedicated categories for modelers under 18 years of age.\
	n\n\n\nAircraft\, Gundam\, Cars\, Figures\, Ships\, AFV's\, Fantasy\, Pape
	r\, Dioramas\, Space...If you built/created a smaller version of a bigger 
	thing\, then bring it!\n\n\n\nThere will be wall to wall vendors\, plus mu
	ltiple raffles!\n\n\n\nContest registration is from 9 AM until Noon (we ar
	e working on an expedited registration process for the 2026 contest\, to s
	peed that task along). Judging is from Noon until roughly 2 PM. We hope to
	 have the awards presentation completed by 4 PM.\n\n\n\n\n\n	Adults (18+) 
	- $12 entry fee for the first 2models\, then $3 for each additional model.
	\n\n	Juniors (7 - 17) - $4 entry fee for the first 2 models\, then $1 for 
	each additional model.\n\n	6 and under - NO ENTRY FEE  (please fill out
	 the entry forms for as many models as you'd like).\n\n	Not entering any m
	odels in the contest...then there is no cost to attend the event! Come on 
	in and see what others have built\, and get inspired.\n\n\n\n\n\nTo secure

	st year we sold out of vendor tables\, so get inon this early.\n\n\n\nNOTE
	 - Parking in the church lot is limited\, so be prepared to park in the su
	rrounding neighborhoods if you arrive later in the morning.
