WildBill50
Hello all, I finally got around to building...and finishing a model. This is Minicraft's 1/144 Boeing 727-200. It is basically out of the box with just the wheel wells boxed in. I added 2 large nails inside the fuselage to keep its nose on the ground. The decals are from the kit and worked and fit great. The finish is Bare-Metal Foil for most of the kit. Wings and details are MM paints and Alclad dull aluminum and aluminum. The nose was painted with Vallejo Game Colors "Stormy Blue" which matched the dark blue on the decals really well. I haven't built an airliner in ages but I may keep that option open again. All comments welcome. Thanks for looking. Bill

WildBill50
Thanks Duke. I like how the foil comes out. It just takes more time than painting and polishing. Bill
