Ron Bell
This is an oldie, but can be made up into a nice, display case model. Edited April 22, 2014 by Ron Bell
ghodges
Very sharp looking model Ron! Did you use a wash in the panel lines, or is that pencil? GIL

Ron Bell
Its pencil. What panel lines there were were raised and I sanded them off. The pencil looks better on a darker painted surface than a lighter one. I tried using a grey pencil, but the "lead" is too soft and the lines it makes are too wide. But, I'm too lazy to re-scribe all those lines, so it will have to do I suppose.
Nick Filippone
Ron, I have to admit that I thought you were nuts to build that old Airfix kit but it does look great! I also make a lot of use of the pencil for panel lines. I recommend a Pentel .3 mm technical pencil with an HB lead. I sand the tip to a chisel edge. It can be erased if necessary, then reapplied.
